The process was explained incredibly and the staff very helpful throughout the whole loan. Documentation was great and signing was a smooth experience. Due to a land issue we did have to find another property, but your team was On point moving everything over. The only complaint (If any) would be having to turn in the same documents multiple times to different people..
In general, communication was good. Very helpful in explaining any questions we had.
