Dr. A. Benjamin, a few years ago, after a thorough examination, revealed a retinal disorder and referred me to a retinal specialist dr. P. Golchet. All these years, Dr. Golchet has been engaged in my treatment at a high professional level. She is very attentive, perfectly explains all the problems and how to treat them. I really hope to keep my eyesight with such doctors.
I had dry, itchy, red eyes pretty much all my life, which is a health issue as much as a cosmetic issue. I am a physician and I looked always lacking proper sleep because of how my eyes looked. Dr. Benjamin has explained me my condition in lay terms and all the available cures for the condition. Dr. Benjamin preformed cataract and corrective lens surgery on me 10 months ago. I have never seen more clearly in my whole life! I am grateful to doctor every single day. Dr. Benjamin examined my left eye for a significant increase in floaters. He immediately arranged an appointment for the retina specialist! Dr. Benjamin saved my eyesight once already due to Shingles inside my ?? eye. How can you thank someone enough for something as valuable as your eyesight?
Dr. Benjamin fixed my cataracts. He did a fantastic job, and it's so good to see again!!!
Office called and rescheduled my appointment three times. The nurse/doctor who performed all the tests seemed new and somewhat unsure how to operate the equipment. In addition to a $200 office visit (not including the test fees added) they charge an additional $125 to actually give you your glasses prescription (otherwise they won’t even tell you the results). Awful experience with this Dr. He seems to care far more about what he can charge out of pocket than patient care. Terrible bedside manner. Unless you are spending lots of money and not using insurance his care was not good at all. Had to research the problem and suggest options he never offered!
