I enjoyed living at the Clover Creek Apartment complex. The location was perfect! Quiet, safe neighborhood with friendly management. Close to my employment, shopping and freeway access. I especially enjoyed the ducks that roamed the property in spring and fall. The washer/dryer in the apartment was the final deciding point to make this place my home.

We found Clover Creek to be a great place to live. These are nice apartments in a good location with good neighbors. The management was friendly and helpful. We met a lot of the residents and most of them were happy they were living there and did not complain about noise or other issues. We have lived at a number of apartment complexes and this was one of the better.

I Was told there was No application fee, But was charged $45.00. Also was told No deposit, But was charged $150.00 Plus, they had the nerve to want additional $500.00 for deposit. I lost $200.00 GOT NOTHING FOR MY MONEY. So If you have money to lose. Go for it. BEWARE You Can Not, believe Anything these people tell you. Rent at your own risk.

I lived at Clover'dump' for 12 nightmarish months. I am now making it my priority and duty to educate everyone else about this horrible apartment complex. Here is a run down of my entire experience.

I lived at Cloverland for one year back in 1996-1997. Granted, it's been a while, but I'm sure this aspect of it hasn't changed ... the walls are PAPER THIN! I could hear my neighbors sexual activities, toilets flushing, conversations, you name it ...
