ALL THE STARS! Honestly, I don't write reviews unless I mean it. Our daughter has spent the past three years at Bergamo in Serrano and has grown and flourished. Even through the pandemic and all the chaos that followed, the school has been open, communicative, and compassionate. The teachers and staff are caring and give all their love an attention to the students. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my daughter.
I would give Bergamo at Serrano 10 stars if I could! It has been a fantastic experience for my daughters, 2 and 4. They are in the Primary and Toddler rooms and have learned so much just in the year they have attended! I am constantly in awe at their growth, independence, learning of life skills and respect for others, themselves and the environment. Bergamo Montessori at Serrano is an excellent school! We enrolled our son right when the school opened in 2016 for toddler care and he stayed through kindergarten. We also sent our other son there starting at 12 weeks for infant care and he stayed up until kindergarten. The teachers and staff at Bergamo are incredibly kind and loving. Bergamo at Serrano is an exceptional school. We have had an incredible experience - the leadership and guides are phenomenal and the facility is beautiful. Our daughter attended for the past 3 years; we've just made the big change to public school for 1st grade. We've attended other preschools prior to moving to EDH and Bergamo is in a league of it's own. Outstanding - we couldn't recommend it more highly.
My last updated review on Bergamo :( we are headed out to public school. We are so sad to go. We made the painful decision to not proceed with the recently announced elementary school and go to public (free) education :) My daughter has been at the school practically since it opened when she was 4 months old. There are not enough words to articulate the love and appreciation we have for the teachers, staff and administration at this school. My Son has been a student for 3 years. Every day is filled with adventure, learning and, most wonderfully, LOVE. We have consulted with his teachers for advice in raising him based on his personality and they have guided us so beautifully. We are honored to have been part of this community and are so grateful that our time here has been part of our family's story.
Incredibly sweet and patient staff. The facility is very clean. My kids have developed so much in the 6 months here and they love their primary teachers (Liza, Tia, and Katie).
My daughter has been in Bergamo's toddler program for the past year with Gabi as her guide. I cannot say enough about how great of an environment Gabi and the school have created. Working full time, it means so much to me that my daughter is so happy during drop-off and pick-up every day. She is learning so much about self sufficiency and how to co-exist with other kids her age. I can't say enough great things about this school! My son started in January 2018 and absolutely loves it. He comes home everyday excited to tell me about his day. He loves his teachers and classmates so much! All of the staff members have always been so kind and caring. I have 100% confidence that my son is in a loving, caring, and safe atmosphere.
