Dr.Bergens and his staff are very nice and caring. I had surgery the other day, which was actually the third one. Dr. Bergen’s had called me that night to see how I was doing.
This was my third time visiting Dr. Bergens. On every occasion I have been impressed with the professionalism of his staff. As for Dr. Bergens himself, he is the consummate professional. I have never had excessive pain or adverse reaction to his procedures. He follows up with a personal phone call and provides his personal cell phone number in case of problems. I recommend his services highly.
Wonderful Staff, but need somebody with some style to choose your next uniforms.
My experience in Dr. Bergen's office was very positive. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room to get called in for my appointment. I had complicated surgery on my gums and Dr. Bergen was gentile and experienced. He was fast an efficient and did an excellent job. His assistant has been very helpful with instructions and made sure I understood everything in post-op. I'm glad I was referred to him from Dr. Klowkow.
The staff is friendly while remaining very professional. They explain every step of the way so there are no surprises.
