I have had extreme anxiety my entire adult life with dental procedures because of some bad childhood experiences. I cannot say enough about this doctor, and his ALL of his staff that I have dealt with. Possibly a little heavier dosage of my Tramadol 50mg/tablets. I was about to crawl the walls until I backed the 1st one with a 2nd one within a 1/2hr. So yes now, feeling much better with the pain.
Very satisfied with everyone and everything as usual.
I was very pleased with the visit. The experience of the staff was very apparent. They know what things need to be done before the actual event takes place. For example, the follow up visit schedule, payment etc. After the procedure, the staff is very complete with instructions. Although it sounds strange, a tooth extraction was a good experience.
Dr. Bergens is probably the first person in the dental profession that I can approach without fear. His assistants reflect his genuine care. Thank you.
Entire staff was extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bergens for treatment!
