Re. No. 5: The girls at reception were busy with other patients checking out, so I merely signed in and waited. Soon Michelle came to the door and greeted me with her usual kindness and enthusiam. (Everything went well. I see little need for service changes insofar as I am concerned.) And Michelle is just wonderful!
