When I purchased my $40,000 car i was promised valet pickup and drop off. I was just informed they will no longer do this for me. Two years later they reneged on their promise. This is very unprofessional, they should keep their promise. When you offer a service you follow through with it. I will not purchase another vehicle from them because of this.
I ordered a 2021 Ford Bronco Badlands from Berlin City Ford through John Given. He managed the sale from start to finish, did a great job. They did just exactly what they promised. I'd recommend John to everyone . GW
