After many times of trying to figure out the issue, the car is fixed! Berlin gave us a loaner and payed two car payments during this time. They were great with communication and apologized with the long time that it took.
Service was efficient and priced as quoted. Personnel was congenial and polite.
Service was excellent. I was disappointed that the computer system was down and I could receive no paperwork or documentation to confirm what was done. I save this paperwork to look back and forward to confirm what was done and what needs to be done. I do not understand how this could happen. I thought I might receive something on line but this has not been the case. This situation should be rectified.
Berlin City aways offers excellent and conscientious service. They communicate what needs to be done and the costs of each item very clearly. They also get the work done in a jiffy.

My car was serviced in quicker time than was first estimated. The service tech. did a great job of explaining what was going to be done. When my service was completed on my car, the service tech, explained a couple of things down the road that my vehicle will need. My service tech. was very professional to me and even pulled my car up to the door to make leaving that easier. Means a lot when you walk with crutches. I will continue driving a hour away, to get my car service with then.
Excellent in every way! Comfortable waiting area also.
