Clueless! He misread my skin condition and totally missed the symptoms yet acted like he knew his stuff. Had to see another dermatologist who was surprised at the lack of knowledge Chiang displayed. Never setting foot in Magan clinic ever again.
Charles Chiang inspected the affected areas, decided not to take a punch biopsy as recommended by the referring dr. stating he was very familiar with symptoms; prescribed meds and sent us on our way. Symptoms worsened so we went to another dermatologist who then advised to stop meds immediately; took a punch biopsy and prescribed a different ointment. This added misery and suffering cost us a sweet $180.
He's supposed to just remove a few mm little bump on my arm but he ended up cutting almost two inches of skin so now there's a noticeable scar, and not only that, he made my arm looks not even I think he took too much skin off. I don't think he knows what he's doing!
