Incredible experience - I will always be loyal to B&P!! I had an issue with what I ordered and the management (Joe Viola, the nicest guy in the world) went above and beyond to make me satisfied. Although they are a large local chain, there is still a local mom and pop attitude that makes shopping here a pleasure.
The store had the product we were looking for. The salesman, Joe, was very helpful, pleasant and patient . Have not had the opportunity to frequently purchase furniture , but would go back to Bernie&Phyl's because of this initial experience .
The staff was very friendly and helpful, they didn't follow you around and bother you. I would definitely recommend shopping there. I had such a great experience except for talking with the worker at the customer service desk, she had no personality, it was like we were inconveniencing her, not even a thank you.
I always go to Bernie and Phyls to buy my furniture they always treat me very kind know pressure what so ever to buy furniture kasha sale woman was outstanding from moment I walking the store in braintree she was awesome keep good work kasha
