Berta was so amazing. So professional, knowledgeable and super nice. I felt totally comfortable talking to her. She was very direct in what I needed to do to get the loan. She worked with me throughout the process. Always with a smile. With hope that I could do this. I just moved in to my new home last Friday. Seems like a dream come true. I was late first time home buyer and hopefully retiring within seven years of my purchase date.
