Best Care were compassionate, professional and flexible in providing our sweetie care. Dr Hardy worked with the university and All City to accommodate our pet's care. We would recommend both organizations without hesitation.
I have an 8 month old Newfie service dog in training. I selected this vet because of the docs with their specialties in both heart and joint care which all giant breeds are susceptible. She can't be spayed until she is 2 either, and by that point she will probably be 150+. (She's big for a female; already 95# and 28" tall) They seem to have all the technical know how and equipment to meet the needs for a giant breed if something goes sideways. Dr Jess & her staff are amazing! They have taken great care of all 3 of my furry children. Even when it came time to make the decision to put one down, they were so supportive. I felt like we were part of their family and they were part of ours. I have always felt comfortable enough to ask any question, and Dr Jess is great at giving me the time I need to have those questions answered. I have never been made to feel like I asked a dumb question.

I made my appointment using the online ap. The clinic responded, asking me to complete an online questionnaire giving my dog's medical history, and asking what services I wanted during the visit. When I arrived for the appointment, a tech called me and proceeded to go through pretty much all the same topics. It appeared that they had not even seen the online questionnaire. We have always loved the staff at Best Care Pet Hospital! I have taken my pets there since before they moved to the east side, and have continued to take them there even though it's a longer drive because we love the staff so much! They always take my concerns seriously, and they take care of my pets with nothing but love. Dr Lamp was able to diagnose my young cat a couple years ago with a gut disorder and has gotten him on the correct diet which has saved his life. He has not had a flare up in years because of him! A huge shoutout to the staff at Best Care Pet Hospital!! We noticed our cat was sick and called them immediately. They said to bring him in the morning and they will get him in when they can. I hated the thought of leaving him but I totally respect they are very busy. When we got there first thing in the morning, Dr Ben took the time to see him and get us on our way before their busy surgery day started! Their compassion and thoughtfulness was hugely appreciated!! They very caring and skilled group!!

I've been coming here for a few years - I am consistently impressed with all of the staff. Extremely professional and friendly. When my last cat passed away suddenly, I received a sympathy card in the mail that was signed by everyone, and I thought that was very kind and sweet. Now I bring my new friend here, and I will continue to do so as long as I live in Sioux Falls. Thank you for caring and being wonderful, Best Care!

Been going here for over a year for my cats. They correctly diagnosed and treated my cat after two vets failed to and are very thorough and kind . It looses stars for being high priced, will sell you on needing every test(even when its been done before in past), and even with a price quote im always sticker shocked at how much more is added on (treating a urinary tract infection was over $600! full Bloodwork, xrays, medicine). Never gone there and had it less than $175.
