My experience with Cody Hand and Best Day Ever Vacations was perfect. From start to finish, he made the process easy. He knew when the window to book events opened and never needed a reminder, he simply went online and got it done. He even got us a spot at a hard to reserve attraction after he was alerted to a last minute calculation. Disney can be overwhelming, especially for first time visitors, but Cody made it easy. Sara was ABSOLUTELY the most incredible Disney planner we could’ve been matched with. As adults with no children, we wanted to see what all the hype was but felt too intimidated by the vast array of things to do. It felt overwhelming. Dannielle was great to work with! I feel like I put her through a lot with of my questions and indecisiveness! And then my daughter got sick 3 days before our trip and she had to talk me through all of our reschedule options (my daughter ended up being well enough to go)! Stop, and don't look any further for a wonderful travel agent. Working with Lauren Forest was smooth ans delightful. She endured that we got the best deals ans even offered some perks. She was always available to answer our questions and really helped us with all of our inquires. We look forward to working with her for our next cruise.
