The agent expressed how important it was to purchase tickets right away. As soon as I knew how many people were going to Disney World, I notified the agent so they could help me purchase the tickets. A few hours went by without hearing from the agent so I thought I'd try and purchase the tickets myself. We used Best Day Ever to plan a 4 night RC utopia of the seas cruise for Feb 2025. Corbie was quick to get us possible trip itineraries/prices and worked with us to find what we wanted. We booked with her as a family of 6 as well as had 2 additional families book thru her. However after booking the cruise, it felt like there was no longer any need to communicate with us. This place ignored my communications and left me hanging If this is how they handle you in planning how would they ever handle real issues that happen.

Malory was amazing to work with and I can’t recommend her highly enough! From the first request I put in she responded with professionalism, kindness and above all, patience! She priced out many options for me and even made some very helpful suggestions for places I hadn’t considered. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Malory again.
