I had heard good things about them. I took in my Mom's 15 yr old cat after my Mom passed away. The cat suddenly got very sick and stopped eating, so I tried to get an appointment here to see if it was "his time" or if there was anything to help him. The earliest they could see us was 3 days later, which was much too long to wait. I called someone else and got in with in the hour.
