I love Best Friends Veterinary Clinic. The environment and staff are wonderful, My only criticism would be the high cost.

I was extremely impressed with the whole first experience. First the ability to email Dr Boss and get a detailed response to my inquiries. Arriving at the office, a very short form to fill out and a short wait to be seen. I love the fact that my cat could get off the examination table and stroll around with a scratching post, cubby hole and a nice big window at his height, on top of the cubby...

Love that there are three vets so if you need a same day appt. it's easy. Excellent friendly staff. My dog has multiple allergies and is on costly medications. They gave me options to decrease...

We stumbled upon Best Friends when we were in need of emergency care. Our regular vet was "too busy" to see us and Best Friends was happy to squeeze us in. Yes, we did pay more than we would have at our regular vet, but our regular vet would never have treated us the way they did. The whold staff, from the front desk to the doctor was extremely helpful. They spend a lot of time with us and...

Dr. Boss and the crew are truly world -class. Dr. Boss has sat on several boards and has written text books for vets! That's not why I choose Best Friends though. I appreicate thier 24 hour emergency line, thier curtesy and knowledge, and thier expertise in dealing with my pet. Be warned: Prices are higher than othe vets in the area.

Good vets, but the up-selling is the most extreme I have ever come across. I feel that exploiting our emotional concern for our pets to be disturbing, and extremely off-putting.

It's really frustrating when you are a college student and every time you step into the clinic, your bill is outrageous. It's awful that you charge for a office visit and additional exams (such as an eye exam). That should be all included in one fee, especially going into you knew what the problem was and the whole appt took 20 minutes. We will not be returning for the fact of the high prices...
