Needed to get quotes from a tree that hit my house from the hurricane. Called within the hour of submitting on home advisor. Caesar came out and checked everything out the next day. The office staff (Tania and others) answered all of my questions and explained how the insurance process would work. It took a little longer than they said but that was because of the insurance company. Once everything was approved they came in a day or so at 7:30am and finished by about 4. Did good job, need to watch,charged for 3 pieces of plywood and only used 2, did not install vents in attic per contract,was not advised of this until I questioned him about it,was told ridge vent was installed instead,need to get up there and see if it was actually installed,also threw large quantity of new shingles in trash container,

No sooner had I hit the “submit” link on Home Advisor, that my phone rang and Luiz told me he’s come over and quote the job. He showed up a half hour later and quoted a reasonable price to repair two bathroom pipe flashings on our roof. The workers were there 3 hours later and completed the job in about a half hour. My request was at around 9 am. The job was done before 1pm. Outstanding.
The work never happened. Lewis made lot's of promises about putting me on the schedule every week but the weeks would come and go and I would not hear from him. when I would call to find out what was going on, I would get more promises about being put on the schedule for the following week.
