Professional and efficient service
Unprofessional! Left unsanitary mess all around my yard and down the drive way. When I asked the worker why was he messing with my water, he had a complete attitude. I would not recommend. If I could post pictures of that nasty crap left behind I would
DO NOT USE BEST WAY! I had a water heater installed Nov. 2023 via AHS. Gas company had to reconnect my gas for unrelated issue but notified me they installed the sediment trap the wrong way & wouldn't turn on my gas. I had to pay out of pocket for We Care Heating & Cooling to do it right. Just unacceptable & now there's nothing that could be done. I pay a monthly fee to First American Home Warranty and when I put in a plumbing issue, Best Way Mechanical is who they sent out. They sent a non-certified technician (NCT) to my home to replace the sink stoppers and bathtub that drip. The NCT replaced a tub cartridge. That night, we showered for the first time after a month, in that bathroom. The next morning at breakfast, we noticed a brown stain that was still damp, developing on the ceiling.
