Visiting this home I feel like I have been transported back to 1991 and Neno Brown (New Jack City) took over a fairly bad nursing home instead of a residential building. Pan handling patients in the hallways, patients hanging out in hallway during a pandemic, playing skelly and shooting dice with dollar bills in hand… Really classy place. If I ever end up incapacitated and they send me to this place find a way to literally put me down before it happens.
place is a mess, fruitflies flying around my Relatives food in her room. I almost threw up. never place your relative here. look at other places.
rude nurses and the food sucks
This place is horrible. Even the people that work there. They treat patients like crap and have no respect for them. They are also rude too their family. This place should be closed ASAP. I’m praying for my love one there.
some staff definitely rude at a time when they should be practicing their motto on compassion. Called to get an update and was told to call back in an hour. when I said that was unacceptable she puts me on hold then proceeds to disconnect me. called back in an hour and absolutely no one is answering the calls not even security which seems to be the operator as well
It is hopeless. Its staffers are very ill-prepared people, greedy and needy. They treat the patients as the butchers. In January 2019 a CNA and a nurse dislocated my left knee, I am not walking since then. And six months ago they dislocated my left shoulder and my left arm still not regained its strength. My husband told me: Get out of here while you are alive. Personal here is very bad. If you want your elders dead, send them here. They will expire ASAP.

this place is horrible. a lot of the nursing staff has bad attitudes
The care sucks and it stinks. Walked in and it smelled like the patients have been sitting in their filth all shift. And now that it was time for them to go they was rushing to clean the patients. NASTY
