Honestly, I had a great experience working with Betsie and her team (Brooke and Rachel), and I can’t forget the underwriter Melissa. Betsie really knows her stuff and put me at ease throughout the entire process. That says a lot, because buying and selling a home is stressful enough especially after a previous lender failed on so many levels and I was completely jaded by the whole buying and selling process. I can’t thank them enough for turning what felt like a lost hope into a homeownership success.
