We were recommended by our real estate agent due to fact that Diamond has done business with Abbey Springs. 3 business days prior to the closing I was informed about an issue in regards to assn. The reason I worked with Diamond is that you have experience with the assn. and unfortunately it was almost to the point that we lost the condo :( unless we provide additional $31K. Not the best thing to deal with as it took the whole excitement away. With our efforts, solution was found. Thank you!
