Betsy and her staff are very nice people and were very pleasant to work with, but their responsiveness to our questions and their communication with us was very subpar. I realize they were trying to process a lot of refinances and new mortgages because of the good interest rates, but sometimes it would take a while to get a question answered. And even then the answer wouldn't necessarily address our question. I sent emails with multiple questions and would only get an answer to one of them.
