The team at Better Healthcare genuinely care about their patients. Everyone has been amazing! My nurses and therapists have been so kind and attentive, and the ladies in the office are sweethearts. It’s clear everyone here works hard to provide the best experience possible.
Josh was awesome another east coast guy. I appreciate his help and him being on time and teaching me some new stuff for my recovery. Also im doing free gutter cleanings with roof inspections. Id like to help out if I can.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I'm a caregiver who called asking questions about relatively straightforward care, and I received one-word answers and was told it was impossible; the customer service agent even hung up on me. Reviews suggest their services are great if you can get them, but I hope they find Better Customer Service soon.
