Brooklyn was wonderful! Patient and professional! Her visits definitely set me on the right track to recovery.
Brad and Wes were great! Was a bit uneasy having people come and visit me They both made the home care efficient, quick and answered all of my questions and if I did understand they both took the time to really go into detail Hopefully if needed I definitely use this service again Thank-you Ricky
Emily was adaquate as a PT, no issues. However, I did not receive the same level of care that I received from another in-home PT group, after my hip replacement last Fall. I wanted to always remember to leave a review for the team that has helped us get through a difficult period to recovery these last months. Sometimes I think we forget how hard they work for us and I don’t want to do that.. I want to especially think Wes and Nick for putting in more time and caring so much about our daughter and about us as a family. My therapist, Brooklyn, was very knowledgeable and explained/educated me about knee replacements, which helped me understand the importance of everything we did. Also, she was so pleasant to interact with, and her confidence helped me to trust her and push a little more. She's a 12 out of 10 PT!!
Total care was professional and great bedside manner! The physical therapist was very kind and knowledgeable and only pushed me to exceed my expectations!. The OT was also very professional but had a genuine concern for me and my needs! I will recommend Better Healthcare any chance I may have !
