We wanted to replace our roof, but we also wanted to keep the historic appearance of our home. The showroom was fantastic! We could see and touch the materials on display vs a small two inch sample some other companies offer. Donnie gave us such great information and recommendations about how to meet our esthetic and budget. He was very knowledgeable, but it wasn’t a high pressured pitch. Dave came out to measure my broken window and struck me as one of the most genuine people I've met in a long time. There was just something about him and my husband noticed it too. That's saying a lot!! Yes, the company is taking care of our window replacement needs and following through, keeping their word. But this is about a special type of person who loves what he does, and it shows. Warm and friendly in the best way possible. When I met Dave, Better View got a lot better in my view

I used this company for the first time today.They showed up as they promised for the estimate. I had asked to other companies for an estimate. The first one was double what i paid. The second company showed up but wouldn't give estimate cause I wasn't there. I had someone on site to show what i wanted. The third company was Better View Again I couldn't be there. Everyone from day one starting with the showroom assistant was extremely pleasant and helpful. It took about 7 weeks from the time I met with estimator to have my windows installed. I love the new windows and the crew that came out to do the installation was amazing. Thank you Lucas and crew. I had 11 windows replaced and Lucas and his team arrived early and worked well together. They did a great job installing the windows and cleaning up.
