This cricket was added on to my roof a little over a year ago by Better View Windows and More llc prior to us purchasing the home. The shingles have just been taken off by another contractor and as you can see it was wrapped in ice and water shield but never connected to the existing shingles. It’s simply sitting on top of our old roof and allowing water to run underneath. This has caused Leaking for over a year and extensive damage inside my walls and home in area not easily seen. It is just 1 year on repairing other peoples work. No one made us aware of the issue your having that you thought we are responsible for. I'm John the owner.
