Monkfish is not appetizing. Needed more light color with accompaniments. The overcooked green sauce and peas were unappealing.

Waiter named ‘Seal’ was very attentive, but Meal was Wayyyy overpriced! No tablecloths Very, very noisy No salt and peppers on any tables. Grilled Halloumi salad had three tiny pieces of halloumi cheese and was absolutely swimming in oil. Car valet was nowhere to be seen on arrival. Chicken was good., Duck was ok.
We had the swordfish dish which was amazing. We have been to Bettini many times over the years and this meal was our best. They have a new chef - excellent dishes! Excellent atmosphere - best to be along the windows for the oceanfront view. The Bar is wonderful as well - very friendly service. One of the best places to dine in Edgartown.

We dined here to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The hotel lobby and restaurant were elegant, just like I expected it to be. This restaurant is located in the iconic Harbor View Hotel. Our waitress was fantastic and the food was delicious. My only disappointment was that the noise level was so loud (children misbehaving and 20 somethings who did not know how to act) that we could hardly hear our own conversation! I know this is not the restaurants fault; but because of this I cannot give them 5 stars.
Great experience! The server noted a gluten allergy and brought a gf roll which was so thoughtful. The hostess and server also worked w/me to ensure we were able to host our guests w/o them reaching for the tab! Our table was perfectly situated so our friends could enjoy the beautiful views. Service, service, service -- Exceptional!! It made our night. Our server, Giulia was absolutely amazing. Everything was timed perfectly and she made sure we were always happy and well taken care of. The drinks were phenomenal. We didn't have to wait for anything. My steak was cooked perfectly, just as I asked. My husband had pasta, which was wonderful. What an incredible experience. When I made the rez they asked if it was for any specific occasion, and I replied yes, it was my girlfriends birthday. The location of the restaurant is overlooking the water and the elegance of the room is breathtaking. The table they reserved for us had a spectacular view with the lighthouse center stage. When we got the menus, she had a special greeting wishing her a happy birthday. Such a simple detail that made her feel really special.
