Could have cleaned the car more thoroughly and given more attention to completing notes about tread wear...usually I get a sheet detailing all future service needed...it's a chart that specifies things like tread wear and brake life, etc...
My experience with Don Beyer Subaru has been great, so far. I purchased a 2009 Subaru Forester through Janzub, one of the salespeople there, and had a very positive experience. I feel like I got a good deal on a reliable car, and the dealership (with Janzub's help) agreed to fix the very few cosmetic items on the car that I had asked for. So far, I would not hesitate to recommend Don Beyer Subaru to anyone.

Quick, detailed, got done what i needed
The recall work was done quickly and seemed to have been done correctly. However I had to wait over half an hour for a loaner car and although I had asked to have the cargo area vacuumed it was not.
All's well. They even gave it a bath.
This all went well. I have no complaints.
As always, the service was outstanding.
