I had a last minute appointment to get several services before a long road trip (new tires, oil change). Sandie Au made sure to get everything turned around for me on time, despite my forgetting to get her the tire size I needed. She was hands on, attentive, flexible with my schedule, and just an overall joy to work with. Knowing that I was going on a road trip the next day, she made sure my vehicle was inspected and found that the battery needed replacing. Great service.
