Stephanie Dominguez was my Service Representative. She assured that the firmware update on my 2020 Outback, which I have owned for one year now, was accomplished correctly and also that the Virginia Safety Inspection performed with a copy of the report provided for retention in the vehicle. As always, Stephanie was cheerful and efficient. I also appreciated the relaxing atmosphere of the waiting area while this work was being performed and that the vehicle was washed.

The 30000 mile/ 5 year service package was performed on the car as well as replacing a broken tail light on the left rear side . Washed & cleaned.
