Came here for the first time on a Sunday for lunch. The food was delicious. The vibe of the restaurant was great. The service? Disappointing. Took about 30 minutes to just place our order for the entree. Once our orders were place the food didn't take long to come out thankfully. However they proceeded to give me the wrong order. The waitress seemed only mildly apologetic about it. No discount. No offers for a free dessert or drink. Nothing. I'm willing to give it a second chance but this was an awful first impression.
Been to this location plenty time and this was probably the best service I've had. Aidan was the best waiter! Great service and sweet personality!!! Thank you!!!
We had dinner at this location in Copperfield last night, had a great experience. Food was fast and hot, drinks were great, and Natasha R. was on top of everything we needed. She checked on us but did not hover like some wait staff do and interrupt. The place was clean, with many TV to watch sports. Bartender was fast and management was present. I would recommend this location for dining.
We came here on busy Tuesday evening. The hostess was very pleasant! Our party of 11 people was accommodated quickly. Our server, Natasha, provided excellent service. She was very attentive and patient. The food came out in timely manner and fresh/delicious. It was a great overall experience.
Great food! Always a great experience and so fun of an atmosphere when you're with your crew! Service is always helpful and attentive. Honey citrus flavor and waffle fries can't be beat!
My boyfriend and I come here on Tuesdays for their buy one get one deal. We typical will order 15 wings, and then get the other 15 free. The staff is always so friendly and attentive. It's your typical sports restaurant so they have tvs mounted everywhere playing whatever game it might be at the time. They have a bar in the middle of the restaurant for those who want a drink. I am a huge fan of the wings and celery here! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE GOLD WING SAUCE!! Also love that they sell pitchers of Margs :) Manager Nic was great, checked on us multiple times and made sure our food & drinks came out correctly. Clean, kept environment. No issues or complaints.
