The employee suck I order for pick up and drove home which is 30 minutes assuming my food was all in there I open everything and they forgot both my orders of fries so I get in the car and drive back I show them a picture of everything I got and they said they will get my fries then they come with someone else and she says she packed my order and I shouldn’t be missing fries. 1 thing tho why would I drive all the way back if I had my fries again I show them the picture and they say ok and go back then the lady comes back not... read more

I attended the WWE NXT No Mercy premium event at this establishment today. Upon arrival, we were seated and noticed that the event was not yet being displayed. We waited approximately 10 minutes for the event to commence. We ordered chips and cheese as an appetizer and burgers with waffle fries as our main course. The service was satisfactory, however, the major disappointment was the lack of sound for the event. We waited a while for a server to come to our table. The restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. We ordered our drinks and again waited a while for our drinks to arrive. Our appetizer even came sooner than our drinks! We ordered the traditional wings( firehouse sauce on some & teriyaki on the others). They were delicious! My favourite Big City Wings location (been coming here since Wings N More days). I like the upgrades to the place and the team here is always on point. But I miss the barber tho'...like if you know this reference! 😛

I'm not a fan. Tagged along with the family. We ordered 5 different flavors of wings, and they all sucked. (Lemon pepper, spicy lemon pepper, Buffalo hot & some barbq) The fried mushrooms were delicious & our veggies were fresh, cold & crisp. All the hot food was steamy hot & fresh. Our waitress was quick & fun. Maybe it's just me! Go check it out!
