I attended the WWE NXT No Mercy premium event at this establishment today. Upon arrival, we were seated and noticed that the event was not yet being displayed. We waited approximately 10 minutes for the event to commence. We ordered chips and cheese as an appetizer and burgers with waffle fries as our main course. Love this location. They have great staff who are constantly checking on you. I love the lunch specials. I always order the chicken strips dry with Buffalo sauce on the the side to dip it. It come with curly fries and a soft drink for $9.99 Our server is named Dulce and she is wonderful. The Manager also checked on us from time to time. I highly recommend this place over Brewing's.
First time here my server she was awesome hot fresh food.
Me and my coworker came here for lunch today. The food and waiter were good. We tipped the waiter $10 cash which was well over 20% for our meals. Once we got back to our company work truck, the manager walked up to our window and accused of regularly dinning there and not tipping. We explained to her that this was our first time eating there and that we tipped the waiter cash. Instead of apologizing, she doubled down stating that they know our truck and that we never tip. Sadly, I wish this was a better review, however the last time we ate at Big City Wings, the service was great and they asked us to leave a 5 review and we'd get a free appetizer at our next visit. Well, today we went back because our experience was so great last time. We ordered an app, wings and beer. Upon entering, 2 servers and the hostess were hanging out at the bar so it took a bit before they saw us.
