If Bikram itself isn't awesome enough....Lacy and her lovely instructors make it the best experience EVER! The heat feels amazing and you feel so stretch, balanced, and cleansed when you're done. The professionalism and skill is wonderful and so refreshing and the facility can't be beat! Bikram Yoga in Columbia AND Irmo have thought of everything and have the best 90 minute experience that you could ask for!
