RecommendedMonday morning (20 degees outside) I smelled that electrical burn smell. After checking around my house to find to origin, I realized it was coming from my furnace. RecommendedOur furnace of 26 years finally quit working one morning. We called Bill's Superheat and they were able to come look at it by the next morning. The service tech diagnosed the problem and provided us with an estimate for repair. After discussing our options we decided to upgrade to a new system. Bill's had it installed within the week. Their personnel are courteous and knowledgeable. It's been a pleasure doing business with them.

RecommendedThey are T-H-E BEST. Been with them for some 15-20 years. They bend over backwards to help you. I needed a new furnance one time and Bill went out and bought several space heaters and put them in our house to keep us warm until the furnance arrived!!! Service calls are fast and done right and have never had to call them back after any service call. They do it right.🥰
