Courtney, the rep working with me, was unfortunately unable to negotiate the bill in question due to the nature of my acct type and service provider. However, her customer service was exceptional. She was polite, responsive, and had excellent follow up throughout to keep me updated. I had additional follow up questions unrelated to that particular account and she was prompt and helpful in her replies.
