Even though negotiations didn't produce a lower *monthly* phone bill, they were able to get me a one time $20 credit, which is better than none. The reps I worked with were amazing; def can't fault them there. I have higher hopes for the next bill to have them negotiate. What I'm really impressed with, is the $10 investment they made to my Acorns account. So awesome, thanks!
