We love Billshark!! We have used them before but this time we ran into their negotiator Shawn M.!! He negotiated on a level that we never thought was possible. We were looking to downsize our speed on our internet to save cost in addition to getting Billshark to negotiate a lower cost. Shawn was able to get us internet speed that is 2x as fast in ADDITION TO SAVING 20% ON OUR OVERALL BILL!!!

The initial experience I would have given 5 stars hands down. However, it was no well spelled out that this is a subscription, so they go back and renegotiate things and don't always ask. I was asked once and had excellent communication, however was not asked other times and gotten stuck with a bill for services I was not expecting.
First time user. Just wish the fee wasn’t so high.
