My experience with Bill Shark was outstanding. Although they weren't able reduce my bills for a 6/12 months period, they were able to get me a saving for one month. They sent me emails and called me to let me know what they were doing. Good customer service. I would definitely recommend Billshark to people who want to save money on their internet/phones bills.

It took quite a lot of time - close to more than 2 weeks to hear back from billshark that my bill was being worked on. Didn’t get any true savings other than $15 but that’s fine. Billshark tried its best which was useful
