I give BillShark four stars only because I haven’t heard the other shoe drop -- if there is one. The front end seemed flawless. Uploading my bill was easy. They were on the case a day later, and I got a call the next day to tell me that they did save me a big chunk of money over 24 months. In addition they negotiated some freebies like premium channels and double my internet speed for free. If Comcast actually implements those changes and bills me correctly, then BillShark deserves five stars.
