I thought I had recently negotiated the best deal I could get with DirecTV. Even the sales rep for them said he was impressed at the new rate and he didn’t know the rate was even available. Then... I got a notice from the Bill Sharks that the rate seemed high still? so I let them loose. Boy they must have had a feeding frenzy - they further cut my rate by $420 a year. Even though they weren’t able to save me any money on my monthly bill, they did get me a $20 credit which I appreciate. If I ever start a new service, I’m going to use them again!
This was a pleasant experience. I basically just provided information and let you do the rest. Ludy really helped me out fighting the cable bill, where cablevision always claimed there was nothing that can be done about the bill.
