Both Andy and Nikki were amazing! We are so happy that we were able to work with them. The only feedback we would like to give is transparency with the closing cost amount. A few weeks prior we assumed the loan estimate cost was correct (about $480), however, this jumped to about $2,900 after the interest per day was accounted for. It is no big deal, we were able to pay it, we just wished we had more of a warning or explanation that this was going to happen.
