Billy and his team is amazing! We have worked with him 3 times now and each time has been a great experience. Billy is honest and responsive and we trust him completely and has always steered us in the right direction. Genie, one of the loan processors is amazing as well! They worked hard last minute to ensure our closing went through on our new house after some delays due to it being a new build (due to the builder) but Billy’s team worked hard and were communicative the whole time.

The communication from the team was amazing. We had weekly check-ins through the entire process, so we always knew the status of our loan. We were in a bind to close on our house since we had an appraisal that went sideways and lost our original loan. Billy and team understood how important this was to us and were able to get us a second appraisal and loan in less than two weeks and we were able to close on our house on time.
