Dakota was very knowledgeable and very helpful to explain the loan break down and process. Very quick to return phone calls. Jackie was great in that she was quick to get documents signed and complete on time. She was great in getting documents in the e-sign format which made the process easy. My only critique is that it seemed to be a lack of communication from the handoff from Dakota and Jackie which made things a little confusing. Otherwise than that they did great!
