After extensive browsing for a dentist that values patient comfort level, I settled on biltmore commons. I was very impressed-this is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. I'm sensitive to certain methods of cleaning and they were happy to accommodate me. Dr. Sadowski is remarkable. He is patient, calm and has a great rapport with people. I have not been to a dentist for over two years. Too scared to see one. I finally got my behind to see one and my experience was exceptional. Shelly cleaned my teeth and was very fun and provided excellent customer service. I work in the medical field as well and was amazed how they went above and beyond to take care of me. The staff all worked as a team to accomplish the same goal (customer service). This is why I will continue to drive 20 miles away from my house to see Biltmore Commons Dental Care.
