Dr. Sadowski worked me in on the last day before the office took their Christmas holiday. I was the last patient of the day and a hygienist and receptionist stayed until my crown work was completed. I felt badly to detain them, but certainly appreciated the accommodation to complete my dental work before the end of the year. Dr. Sadowski is very professional and through and the staff friendly and welcoming. I was especially pleased to have the work done all in the same visit. A very pleasant experience.
Good Experience
Everyone at Biltmore Commons is so nice and helpful. My appointment yesterday was to remedy a broken permanent retainer. Dr. B sat with me and explained my options while providing the different costs associated with each option. Even though the broken retainer caused some spacing of my teeth, hearing that I wouldn't need to get braces again was truly the best news. I'm always so pleased with my service at Biltmore. It's by far the best dentist I've had, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a provider that makes you feel at home and takes the time to get to know you. Plus, Meghan always remembers little details about my life, and is truly a pleasure to talk to!

I go to this office because I feel I will receive professional, quality and caring help with my dental problems. I like the state of the art equipment and nice relaxed atmosphere. I have a difficult insurance company and the dentist always writes the letters necessary to provide information necessary to them so I am paid and not just one of their automatic denials.
As a physician myself I recognize professional care. The added bonus at this office was their friendliness and pain free treatment! I highly recommend them.
As usual, high level of professionalism, courteous, and friendly service!!!
