I bought a bios BP Cuff monitor in 2014. In summer 2021 I bought my second unit. I leave the oldest one in my gym bag and one at home. Over the years I found these unit to be comfortable, quick reading, large numbers, easy to read, and great to service. I ordered a new cuff for my 2014 model which arrived from bios in two days. I had a problem with an open box monitor that the drugstore would not take back. Taked to reception and taked to Refunds. No problems. I'd recommend BIOS products.

Received a quick response from BIOS as to what adapter was needed and the order arrived quickly. The only downside was that the shipping was nearly double the cost of the item purchased.
