Customer driven is a bad joke. I got a homeowners policy. Then they said I needed to replace my 14 year old roof or they where canceling in 20 days. I called and emailed my agent afterwards for a week. When I finally talked to them, I was told they would have me in a policy before it expires I was told to set tight. Two weeks of no more communication and it’s canceled. Got a phone call after the fact telling me they couldn’t help me after all. These people do not give a flip about there costumers.
