Dr. Castillo was great! She was cleaned my teeth and explained what she was doing. She fast and professional, yet friendly and conversational. Also, I did not have to wait at all even though I was late due to traffic and on top of that they do Friday appointments which is hard to find in dentists’ offices these days. Think I found a dentist for life!
Everything, per usual, was great. The experience from when you hit the front desk to talking to Dr. Castillo to the cleaning and pleasant conversation with Cindy. I moved and live about 45 minutes away and have been thinking about moving to another dentist near me. However, every time I come in, I can't imagine changing to another dentist!
Look, I know that one isn't supposed to LIKE going to the dentist, but I always enjoy the time I get to spend with the staff here.
What can I say? They are always kind and professional. I'm so happy I changed my dentist. Thank you Birdseye!!
i started going to Dr. Chung years ago and her and her staff have been incredibly supportive, caring and professional. Their level of competence as well is outstanding. Kudos! You will not be making a risky choice to go and visit with this dentist and her team.
I went in today and they make you feel very comfortable. I have really bad anxiety, but they let me watch TV and have the massage chair on while they were doing work. Amazing experience and will be back :)
