Extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Responded ASAP to an emergency call after hours. Knew exactly what the issue was and stayed late to insure the issue was fixed.

Inspector came for 20 minutes and said my phone line was the issue and I should call spectrum to check the fire phone line. He made me sign a document in fine print that said his service is completed. I called spectrum and a tech came to the site, checked everything, and said phone line was working. When I communicated this to Black Bird Fire, they asked me to schedule another visit so that they can charge me the $499 again.
