Great experience with Blackbird Fire Protection. The lead coordinator for service, Paul Grijalva went the extra mile coordinating fire sprinkler repair. Top notch company!!!
After calling a number of companies many of which didn’t even call me back I called Black Bird Protection. A real person answered the phone and was obviously an expert in the field. He understood what service needed to be performed and scheduled a technician to arrive the following morning. The technician arrived early and quickly conducted the needed service. I came in. The girls in the front office were very helpful. Luis took my fire extinguisher and I came back an hour later to pickup. He did a great job and took care of my issues. I’ve found a really super company to help with our fire extinguisher needs. Great Job!!
