Provider arrived on time and completed the work very quickly. All my questions were answered. While other companies I contacted told me that there would be an extra charge to move my clothes dryer out of the way, this company did not charge me to move my dryer and they did it with good humor. I would contact this company in the future if I needed heating/air services.

I wish I would have written down the name of the person who came out to perform the service. He was very professional and showed me how to maintain my air conditioning unit between servicing. Though the coupon was a choice for either air conditioning unit or furnace, he also looked at the filter in my furnace. I'd just changed it not long ago, so he left a new filter to use next time I need to change it.
